大寶已經4天沒上學了,每天都待在家裡。外面的煙霧真的太厲害了。前天去shopping mall也感覺到商場裡好像被一股煙霧籠罩著似的。
不過,還好家裡有不錯的空氣清新機, Ecomyn。所以都不會聞到臭臭的煙霧。
一天24小時開著的ecomyn,在這個煙霧茫茫的日子裡,它真的超好用。😆而且也很容易清洗,只需要用吸塵機吸一吸便ok。超級適合繁忙的媽媽~就是我啦。

Tonight’s dinner was requested by my husband who loves pad kra pao kai so much. Been searching around for the recipe since ages, finally found it which my husband said “its delicious”.

Ingredients:
4 gloves garlic, chopped
3 shallots, chopped
4 red chili padi, mashed it (I just chopped it)
20g sweet basil leaves, chopped (I bought it at Jaya Grocer)
200g minced chicken
2 tbsp vegetables oil
1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 dash of white pepper
1 egg
Method:
1) Stir fry garlic, shallots and minced chicken until chicken break-up into small pieces.
3) Pour in all the wet ingredients (fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, white pepper).
5) Cook the sunny side up egg.
It looks super duper delicious with the rice, egg and pad kra pao. Yummy!😋😋😋😋
